Denim Designer

As a Fashion Designer at our company, you will be responsible for conducting seasonal trend research and adapting forecasts to ensure market relevance. You will utilize your skills to create flat sketches and CADs using software such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator. Having a strong understanding of denim processes including washes, shade bands, and wash standards is crucial for this role. Your knowledge of denim fits and fabric performance, such as stretch and indigo, will be essential in creating innovative designs. Collaboration with merchandising, tech, quality, sales, and marketing teams will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be sourcing and selecting fabrics, trims, and embellishments while adapting designs for scalable production. Understanding garment construction, fittings, detailing, and adaptation will be necessary as you oversee product development and ensure timely sample readiness. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in fashion designing.
