Demand Professional

You have 8-10 years of experience and the job location is in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include aligning plans submitted by individual business managers with the overall business LBM plan. You will resolve any discrepancies and obtain approval from customers to ensure a common understanding of the final plan. If deviations are requested, you will communicate the cost/service level implications to the business head for decision-making in DR meetings. It is important to follow trends, share insights with customers, and support the monthly Pre-Demand/Demand Review process. You will use forecast accuracy and bias measures to identify improvement actions for planning and control processes. Facilitate actions related to the plan, including issue resolution and gap closure. Implement a systematic approach by embedding relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews. Ensure that all demand planning activities comply with the company's CoC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and leading world-class techniques. Exceptional analytical skills in Excel, PowerBI, Kinaxis, JDE, etc. are required. Ideally, you should be a digital expert or willing to grow in this area. Experience in Sales and Customer management within the lubricants business is preferred. You will collaborate with B2C RGM, RMs, Planning Team, and Demand Analysts.,
