Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries and provide excellent support across multiple channels (calls, chat, email, WhatsApp). The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi/ Malayalam/ Telugu/ Kannada fluency will be added advantage) ensuring smooth communication with customers from diverse regions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction . Maintain proper call logs, CRM entries, and follow-up actions. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department in a timely manner. Assist in order tracking, complaints, refunds, and general support . Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline). Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Hindi/ Malayalam/ Telugu/ Kannada is preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills . Good computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software, Excel, and emails . Patience, empathy, and customer-first approach. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in customer support / BPO / call center / e-commerce support .
