Summary: As a Delivery Operations Representative, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments. Your day will involve driving people management activities for the delivery team, ensuring that service delivery quality and cost are effectively managed. You will collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance overall performance, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity in work assignments. - Monitor and evaluate service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess service delivery performance. - Experience with process optimization and efficiency improvement. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies.
