Key Responsibilities: - Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations. - Establish and coach Testing Standards for the implementation program, ensuring stakeholder acceptance with a strong technical background in testing in automation/test data management. - Communicate effectively to align testing initiatives with overall business goals. - Identify and analyze business opportunities in software testing, including emerging trends, industry advancements, and potential areas of improvement. - Lead the Testing CoE by defining the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap, implementing testing methodologies, standards, and processes. - Possess expertise in automation tools and frameworks to streamline test execution and enhance efficiency. - Oversee end-to-end test delivery across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead or similar role, focusing on managing senior stakeholders and identifying business opportunities in software testing. - Experience in end-to-end management of at least a couple of automation projects. - Experience in implementing and managing a Testing CoE is highly desirable. - Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus. - Drive Test Design and Execution for Functional Integration Tests, E2E Tests, Integration Tests, and UAT.
