As a Salesforce Delivery Manager at Manras Technologies, your responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of Salesforce projects. You will be tasked with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project implementation. Developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing changes, and measuring project performance will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to conduct risk management activities to mitigate potential project risks. Moreover, you will liaise with clients to understand project requirements, delegate tasks to junior team members based on their strengths and experience levels, and track project performance to ensure the successful achievement of both short-term and long-term goals. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding the project team effectively. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or in a similar role is required, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce technologies. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential for this role.
