Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and oversee the

  end-to-end development of Golang-based backend systems

  and microservices.
• Lead

  technical design sessions

  , sprint planning, and architectural reviews.
• Define and enforce

  engineering standards, code quality, and best practices

  .
• Drive the

  adoption of cloud-native solutions

  using

  Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform

  .
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions.
  
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, conducting

  technical upskilling and knowledge-sharing sessions

  .
• Ensure system

  security, performance optimization, and compliance

  with organizational standards.

Core Competencies

• Golang Expertise:

  Advanced proficiency in concurrency, memory management, and idiomatic Go practices.

• Architecture:

  Proven experience designing

  scalable, event-driven, and fault-tolerant systems

  using REST/gRPC APIs.

• Cloud & DevOps:

  Strong knowledge of

  Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform

  across

  AWS / GCP / Azure (preferred)

  .

• Leadership:

  Experience in

  building, leading, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

  .

• Performance Optimization:

  Skilled in

  profiling, tuning

  , and improving Go applications for latency and resource efficiency.

• Security:

  Familiar with

  authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices

  aligned with industry standards.

Technical Stack

• Languages:

  Go (Primary), Python, JavaScript, Bash

• Frameworks:

  Gin, Echo, gRPC, Cobra, Go-Kit

• Databases:

  Any NoSQL database (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

• Tools:

  Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions

Work Mode

• Hybrid:

  3 days per week from office (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Gurugram)
