As the Offshore Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the offshore delivery center in Hyderabad. Your role will involve driving excellence in team performance, business growth, and innovation. You will be instrumental in building high-performing product teams for complex trading platforms, nurturing next-generation talent, ensuring the overall success and profitability of the delivery center, and strengthening client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the overall operations of the offshore delivery center in Hyderabad to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. - Build and mentor high-performing product teams focused on delivering complex trading platforms. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their roadmaps and requirements. - Develop talent by strategically recruiting from Tier 1 engineering colleges. - Define and execute short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth and enhance profitability. - Establish a robust delivery governance process. - Improve employee experience and retention rates. - Work on brand image enhancement through various initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 18+ years of experience in IT Services. - Experience in RFP / RFI, Presales, and Solutioning. - Experience in leading high-performance engineering teams. - Strong technical expertise in Java or .NET. - Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), NoSQL databases, or RDBMS is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
