Delivery Leader Trading

The Offshore Delivery Leader will oversee the operations of the offshore delivery center in Hyderabad, driving excellence in team performance, business growth, and innovation. You will play a critical role in building high-performing product teams for complex trading platforms, nurturing next-generation talent, ensuring the overall success and profitability of the delivery center, and strengthening client relationships. You should have 18+ years of experience in IT Services and be interested in working on trading platforms to build a team from scratch. Experience in RFP / RFI - Presales - Solutioning and being part of winning deals is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the overall operations of the offshore delivery center in Hyderabad to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring high-performing product teams focused on delivering complex trading platforms, collaborating closely with clients to understand their roadmaps, and developing talent by strategically recruiting from Tier 1 engineering colleges. In addition, you will define and execute short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth, enhance the profitability of the delivery center, develop a robust delivery governance process, improve employee experience and retention rates, and work on brand image enhancement through various initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical expertise in Java or .NET, with a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles. You should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading high-performance engineering teams and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), NoSQL databases, or RDBMS is a plus. A Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is required. Furthermore, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, be a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and have excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
