Delivery Lead-Corporate Banking

NTT DATA is seeking a highly motivated Delivery Lead-Corporate Banking to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the delivery of the product backlog to maximize the value of the product/services delivered. This senior-level position involves overseeing cross-functional squads and their delivery to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for stakeholders, identifying product requirements, guiding the Product Owner in prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, and continuously monitoring product performance for enhancements. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, ownership of the project, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and effectively collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and delivery squad to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement. Requirements for this position include 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as a Delivery Manager, Agile/Scrum Certification, extensive experience in managing product backlog and development teams, exceptional communication skills, and a background in Financial Services/Banking domain.
