Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to deliver pet food, supplies, and medicines from the pet shop/veterinary clinic to customers’ homes in a timely and safe manner. The role requires good knowledge of local routes, basic communication skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities:Pick up and deliver pet food, medicines, and related supplies from the shop/clinic to customers. Ensure safe handling of medicines, especially temperature-sensitive or fragile items. Verify and cross-check delivery addresses, orders, and payments. Collect cash or confirm online payments (as per order). Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and records. Handle pets carefully if required during delivery to/from the clinic. Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively. Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor/owner.
