Job Title: Delivery Executive – Blinkit (10-Min Grocery Delivery) Job Summary: Hiring Delivery Executives for Blinkit’s 10-minute grocery delivery operations. Role includes picking up orders from the dark store/warehouse and delivering them safely and quickly to customers, ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Pick up orders from assigned Blinkit dark store/warehouse Deliver to customers within 10-minute timeline Safely handle & deliver 10–15 orders per batch Collect customer acknowledgment / payments (if applicable) Maintain delivery equipment provided by company Report issues/delays to supervisor Follow traffic & safety rules Shift Timings: Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Salary & Benefits: Per-order base pay + performance incentives Extra incentives for on-time delivery & attendance Fuel allowance (if applicable) Weekly/monthly payouts Insurance coverage (health/accident) Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred) Valid Driving License, RC & Insurance (mandatory) Own two-wheeler + smartphone with internet Good local route knowledge Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly Why Join Blinkit?
