Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport vehicles between dealerships, service centers, storage facilities and customer locations.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely, professional, and safe manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any damage or mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers or managers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers and team members.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and in good working order.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience driving a variety of vehicles .
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure vehicles for transport.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting and documenting vehicle conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and drive for long periods; occasional lifting may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive, dealership, or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle functions and mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with GPS or delivery tracking systems.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
