The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing delivery schedules, coordinating with delivery personnel, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels. Day-to-day tasks include tracking shipments, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of deliveries. The role also involves liaising with internal teams to optimize delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Excellent Project Coordination and Analytical skills Proven Customer Service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure Proficiency in using delivery management software and tools High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or related field is a plus
