As a Delivery Rider at LILO, a fast-growing local commerce platform in Trivandrum, your role involves delivering fresh fish and other essentials directly from our kiosks to customers' doorsteps. Your responsibilities include: - Pick up and deliver fresh fish and other products to customers as per assigned routes. - Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in perfect condition. - Handle all products with care to maintain hygiene and freshness. - Coordinate effectively with Kiosk Coordinators and the Operations Team for smooth order handling. - Ensure cleanliness of the delivery vehicle/bike and maintain personal hygiene at all times. - Follow all traffic and safety regulations without exception. To excel in this role, you will need: - Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle. - Good communication and time management skills. - Physical fitness and punctuality. - Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps.
