Job Description

Position Overview

Delivery Boy

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver packages to designated locations while adhering to scheduled timelines.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all items are accounted for.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status.
Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Report any issues or delays to the management promptly.
Assist in loading and unloading goods as required.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for deliveries.

Qualifications

4 years

Proven experience in delivery or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the local area and routes in Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, and Delhi.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
Willingness to work on a
day schedule
and adapt to changing demands.
