Delivery Associates - 2 Wheeler

The main responsibility of this role is to pick up and deliver orders/packages to customers within the assigned territory. It is crucial to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain delivery accuracy while handling products safely to avoid damage. Adhering to all traffic rules and safe driving practices is essential. Providing excellent customer service during every delivery is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, maintaining delivery records and submitting necessary reports to the supervisor is part of the job requirements. To qualify for this role, you must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (MC). The minimum educational requirement is SSLC/Plus Two, with preference given to candidates with basic knowledge of routes in Ernakulam city. A smartphone with internet connectivity is necessary for this position. The ideal candidate should possess a punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly attitude.
