The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Telecom Provisioning - Network Campus Operations team means you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team with critical responsibilities to protect the financial services industry and serve our clients, both internally and externally. As a Delivery & Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining critical DTCC network infrastructure across our global footprint.

You will collaborate with various network engineering teams, budget teams, accounts payable, capacity management, external vendors, Legal, third-party risk, procurement services, and contracts teams to drive strategic and collaborative solutions and deliverables that stabilize and secure the DTCC infrastructure.

The candidate must have good communication skills with the ability to communicate problems, solutions and actions through concise and clear messaging and have demonstrable ability to assess complex issues and structure potential solutions to drive resolution with senior partners.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Previous telecommunication experience is a must.
• Strong experience in ordering new and MACD circuits with telecommunication vendors, while ensuring that resiliency and compliance requirements are met
• Previous experience with a telecom expense management portal, including order creation, billing review, billing approvals, and audits. Experience with Tangoe Rivermine preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience with telecommunication circuits including handoffs, demarcations, LOA reading, SLAs, KMZ files, and service types
• Previous experience reading, understanding, and addressing telecommunication contracts
• Experience with telecommunication vendor portals such as Verizon's VEC, AT&T's Business Center, Cogent, BT, and others
• Strong understanding of HBW products such as 100G or higher, OCN, UVN, WAVE, ROADM, etc
• Understanding of JIRA, Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, and ServiceNow
• Ability to effectively communicate with management and senior leadership, when necessary
• Understanding of telecom billing practices, schedules, reconciliation and dispute resolution
• Strong experience in Excel, including being able to create reports and providing auditing across multiple sheets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed for Success:

• Able to project manage the telecommunication deliverables, and interface with the Project Management team to provide a comprehensive delivery solution and updates on circuit statuses
• Previous experience creating/implementing automation in a telecom ordering/billing environment is a plus, including implementing GUIs
• Understanding regulatory requirements and compliance is a plus
• Experience managing and forecasting a $25MM+ budget a plus
