Experience Required: 8–10 years Location: Aji GIDC, Rajkot Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the packaging manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and Miracle Accounting Software , along with a deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting , is essential for this role. Responsibilities Oversee complete accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Manage costing, inventory accounting, and consumption tracking for raw materials and packaging products. Supervise preparation of invoices, credit/debit notes, vouchers, and other supporting documentation. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports . Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements . Support and coordinate audit processes and ensure adherence to industry standards. Generate MIS reports and cost analysis to support management decision-making. Implement and streamline financial processes for better accuracy and efficiency. Mentor and guide the accounting team to enhance performance and accountability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 8–10 years of proven accounting experience in the manufacturing sector (preferably packaging) . Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting). Strong hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software . In-depth knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and statutory compliance . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
