Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SPM, robotic automation, and welding fixture domains. - Conduct customer visits, represent KEPL in competitive markets, and promote value-driven solutions. - Maintain long-term customer relations to ensure repeat business. - Handle complete cycle of Technical-Commercial RFQs including costing and technical documentation. - Perform process study, feasibility evaluation, and cycle time estimation. - Coordinate with internal teams for costing and layout preparation. - Prepare and submit costed project proposals and conduct technical & commercial negotiations. - Present innovative solutions and concepts that boost customer productivity. - Collaborate with design & engineering teams for technical validation. - Support sales team with technical content during proposal stage. - Participate in handover to project execution team post order. - Handle commercial activities during project execution phase. - Maintain all documentation and communication trail for each project.
Experience: 5-7 years Sales cum application engineer Software: MS Word & email software. Technical Skill: 1-Understanding of HMC/VMC/CNC Turning and basic knowledge & understanding to its programming. 2-Good Knowledge about cutting tools (Milling/Udriil/Grooving/Turning .....etc) selection/trials/trouble shooting/wear analysis ,drg study and tool selection. Sales Skill & Teamwork. 1-Coordination & meeting with channel partners & Dealer Sales Engineer. 2-Coordination & Meeting with End Users. 3-Sales Planning/Weekly report. 4-Sales generation as per Target & its achievement. 5-Handling the project inquiry & it’s run off. 6-Handling the direct customers, vendor code creation & business enhancement. 7-Good Customer relations with OEM & A.B,C Class customers Working Area: (Base Location – Nashik) & visiting to other Maharashtra area as Mumbai & Shambhaji Nagar.
