Debt Syndication & Credit Analyst

As a Credit Analyst & Debt Syndication professional in the field of Investment Banking based in Mumbai, your role will involve various responsibilities. You should have expertise in preparing Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposals, and coordinating with banks. Your experience should include handling syndication and sanctioning of loans exceeding INR 15 crores for corporates, NBFCs, and Real Estate sectors. Additionally, candidates with experience in managing Stressed Assets transactions, One Time Settlements (OTS), Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases, or working under an Insolvency Practitioner (IP) will be considered. Those currently working in the finance department of companies with borrowings exceeding Rs. 300 crores are preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for this role. Key skills required for this position include preparing Financial Projections, Corporate Presentations, proposal notes, and coordinating with lenders. The job location is in BKC, Mumbai, with a 6-day work week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off, while 1st and 3rd Saturdays involve work from home arrangements). The role reports to the VP/Business Development Head and requires a qualification of CA, MBA, or CFA with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Investment Banking industry. Immediate to 30 days notice period is acceptable, and candidates must be based in Mumbai as no relocation options are available.,
