We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our team as a Commission-Based Debt Collection Officer. The primary responsibility will be to recover outstanding debts from customers in the specified areas of Prayagraj / Allahabad. This is a performance-driven role where your earnings will be directly based on your successful collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery: Actively contact and follow up with debtors to collect outstanding payments.
Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with customers to ensure a positive brand image during the collection process.
Reporting: Accurately record all collection activities, communications, and payments received.
Field Visits: Conduct field visits to debtor locations in Karimnagar as required to facilitate collections.
Compliance: Ensure all collection activities are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Your earnings will be a percentage of the total amount of debt you successfully collect.The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. There is no fixed monthly salary.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule with high earning potential based on performance.
