Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients/customers via phone to recover pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records of debt recovery calls, commitments, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery status and escalate cases when required.
• Ensure professional communication and maintain good customer relations while achieving recovery targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt recovery/collection (preferably in FMCG sector).
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi communication (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly recovery targets.
• Only Male candidates may apply.
• Desk job only (no fieldwork).
