Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collections and Recovery Specialist located in Bighapur. The specialist will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts, communicating with customers regarding delinquent accounts, collecting outstanding cash, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic understanding of Finance principles
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
