The Regional Service Manager is responsible for the dealer service performance in the region and will lead the implementation of various service processes. You will provide guidance on overall business operations, identify areas for improvements, and support the implementation of new projects in Cochin. As the Regional Service Manager, you will report to the Zonal Service Lead in the Business Markets- India function. Your responsibilities will include creating customer engagement plans based on market behavior and competition, targeting areas with high potential and quick customer turnaround. You will publish customer engagement events organized by RE in advance to increase market hype. Additionally, you will focus on increasing After Sales Service to boost customer market share in the region and achieving defined targets for workshop loading. Organizing service camps to increase service market share, monitoring their effectiveness, and contributing to the development of a strategic business plan for Spare parts will also be part of your role. You will ensure timely closing of customer complaints, promote service through various campaigns, and lead Product Quality Reporting. Creating attractive schemes to encourage customer visits to the workshop and communicating benefits of timely services will also be your responsibility. Furthermore, you will conduct routine meetings to understand ground realities, support the company in understanding service customer profiles and expectations, and provide spare parts management support to channel partners. Ensuring New Model Service Readiness, supporting new dealers, and ensuring project deadlines are met are crucial aspects of your role. You will also lead process enhancements for customer journey improvements, provide technical and soft skill training to dealer partners, and be accountable for boosting dealer profitability. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role with extensive service marketing experience and knowledge of dealer service/parts operations.
