Dealer Development Executive, EV Division

As a Dealer Development Executive in the EV Division of IGP by Sparklehood, your role will involve leading dealer acquisition and development for the growing EV network across India. You will have the opportunity to work directly with leading EV brands in the fastest-growing EV markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard dealers for EV 2W, 3W, and 4W in the assigned territory. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty. - Market Penetration: Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and untapped opportunities. - Sales Targets: Achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales targets through effective field execution. - Training & Support: Coordinate dealer product training and ensure smooth onboarding. - Reporting: Maintain and update dealer performance dashboards. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should possess a high-energy mindset, willingness to travel extensively, and a hunger to succeed. Location flexibility is required, as you should be based in or willing to relocate to one of the listed cities.
