Job Description

As a DBM Warranty and Claims specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Sound Knowledge on DBM events, actions, and status management. - Ability to configure DBM related customizations independently. - Knowledge on document types, Item Types, Item Categories, Split Management, Order Splits. - Understanding of automotive dealership repair order process from customer gate-in to gate-out. SD skills to handle pricing and output management skills. - Good understanding of Warranty Management (IS-A-WTY). - Knowledge on Outgoing and Incoming Vendor Categories, Claim type configurations, Validation and Substituon Rules. - Knowledge on systems integration through idocs. - Knowledge on warranty categories, Recalls and Marketing Campaigns. - Knowledge on pricing routines. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-10 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge and experience in DBM events, actions, and status management. - Proficiency in configuring DBM related customizations independently. - Familiarity with document types, Item Types, Item Categories, Split Management, Order Splits. - Understanding of automotive dealership repair order process from customer gate-in to gate-out. - Experience in Warranty Management (IS-A-WTY). - Knowledge of systems integration through idocs. - Familiarity with warranty categories, Recalls, Marketing Campaigns, and pricing routines.,
