Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi and Dim Sum Chef/ Itamae and Dim Sum Master at De' Hamray located in Jamshedpur. The Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of sushi and dim sum dishes, ensuring quality and taste standards are met consistently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a premium hospitality environment. Expert knowledge of high-grade fish and seafood, knife skills, sushi rice preparation, and presentation techniques. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and handling of raw fish to maintain the highest standards. Ability to train and guide junior chefs in sushi techniques and maintain consistent quality. Well-groomed appearance and commitment to the grooming standards of a 5-star establishment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and special events. Knowledge of Japanese etiquette and dining culture is an advantage. Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in a premium Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel setting. Mastery of traditional and contemporary dim sum, including dumplings, buns, rolls, and steamed, fried, and baked varieties. Ability to maintain authentic taste while innovating with modern presentations suitable for luxury dining. Skilled at managing production for high-volume service while ensuring consistency and quality. Knowledge of traditional Chinese dining etiquette is a plus.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding the team spirit in the cafe, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience as a skilled barista, with in-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, specialty coffee preparation, and equipment handling. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests , understand their preferences, and build memorable guest experiences. Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling — must know how to recommend products and promote new offerings to enhance sales. Ability to lead and coordinate the cafe team , ensuring smooth operations, high standards of cleanliness, and consistent product quality. Good understanding of inventory management, daily cafe operations, and maintaining standard operating procedures in a luxury hospitality setting. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Well-groomed appearance and adherence to high grooming and hygiene standards.
