Job Description

As a DDQ/RFP Analyst in the Global BDS team, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Working closely with global teams to manage and deliver client questionnaires (DDQ/RFP/RFI). - Coordinating responses by collaborating with Sales, Product Specialists, and other internal stakeholders. - Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client documents. - Updating and maintaining the content library on a regular basis. - Managing multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong project-management discipline. - Supporting continuous process improvements through data analysis and recommendations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience of 4 to 5 years in DDQ/RFP/RFI. - Exposure to proposal tools such as Loopio, Qvidian, Ovidian, or Salesforce is highly preferred. - Profiles from the Investment Banking sector are acceptable.
