DCR Expert

As a DCR Expert at micro1, your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve Data Change Requests (DCRs) within the Veeva CRM platform. You will have end-to-end ownership of DCR activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates to Healthcare Professional (HCP) data initiated by the field force. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage the complete DCR lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely data updates - Process and resolve DCRs in Veeva CRM in compliance with defined SLAs and quality standards - Apply best practices to maintain high data accuracy and consistency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth DCR resolution - Handle complex and new data change scenarios effectively - Support documentation including DCR processes, test cases, and operational manuals - Assist with requirement gathering related to DCR workflows and data governance - Leverage SQL and Excel for data validation and analysis **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - Up to 2 years of experience working with Data Change Request (DCR) processes - Proven experience as a Data Steward - Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, specifically DCR management - Strong knowledge of SQL and MS Excel for data validation In this role, your expertise in DCR management, Veeva CRM, SQL, and Excel will be crucial for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data updates.
