Job Summary Join our customer's team as a DCR Expert, where you will take end-to-end ownership of Data Change Requests (DCRs) within the Veeva CRM ecosystem. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our Healthcare Professional (HCP) profiles by collaborating with the field force and various teams, making a measurable impact on data quality and business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the DCR process lifecycle by managing, validating, and resolving data change requests within Veeva CRM in a timely and precise manner. Update and maintain HCP information, prioritizing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers and shared understanding throughout the DCR process. Adopt and champion best practices to continuously improve DCR handling, leveraging meticulous attention to detail at every step. Document key project outputs, including user requirements, test cases, and process documentation for ongoing DCR operations. Demonstrate adaptability and initiative by handling new or complex data change scenarios effectively and efficiently. Contribute to cross-team problem-solving, sharing your data stewardship expertise to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong academic record. Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in data change request (DCR) processes. Proven background as a Data Steward, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Expertise with Veeva CRM, particularly in DCR management and resolution. Proficient in SQL and Excel for querying, analyzing, and validating data changes. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data results and issues to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting field force teams in healthcare or life sciences CRM environments. Prior involvement in continuous process improvement or data management projects.
