DCDP-Pastry Section

Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing DCDP (Dutch Chocolate Delight Pastry) while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency as per bakery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare chocolate sponge, creams, and fillings required for DCDP pastry.
• Assemble DCDP pastries with proper layering, filling, and finishing.
• Ensure uniform taste, texture, and presentation for all DCDP products.
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and production guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section as per FSSAI norms.
• Handle storage of ingredients and finished products properly.
• Assist in daily production planning and stock checking.
• Coordinate with senior pastry chef for new batches and improvements.
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper use of raw materials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of pastry and chocolate-based desserts.
• Experience in sponge preparation, cream handling, and decoration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in pastry/bakery section (freshers can be considered with training).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,567.26 per month
