Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency. Monitor the entire manufacturing process, from raw material handling to packaging of finished goods. Implement production schedules and minimize downtime. Ensure products meet established quality standards Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective measures. Manage and motivate production staff to achieve targets and maintain high morale. Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, equipment performance, and downtime for management review. Respond promptly to production issues and implement solutions to avoid delays. Ensure proper functioning of production equipment through regular maintenance schedules. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns promptly. Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or underperforming machinery parts. Expected Requirements Educational Qualification : A degree in Food Technology or a related field is preferred. Experience : Prior experience in the food processing industry , preferably in confectionery or chocolate manufacturing . Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements, such as HACCP or ISO 22000. Proven ability to lead and manage production teams effectively. Technical skills in operating and maintaining production equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
