Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities including:
Storytelling, music, movement, arts & crafts
Free play, outdoor play, and nature-based activities
Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
Follow daily rhythms and routines aligned with a Waldorf-inspired approach
Observe and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents
Assist with meals, hygiene routines, and nap time as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and calm classroom environment
Work collaboratively with caregivers, teachers, and support staff
Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 3-12 months

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 per week

Work Location: In person
