Job Description

Job Title: Daycare Teacher
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
Monitor, record, and communicate children’s progress and needs to parents.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the daycare at all times.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience: Freshers can apply; higher salary offered for experienced candidates.
Ability to manage and care for children with patience, empathy, and responsibility.
