Role Brief: We're searching for an ideal candidate to support our sales team as commercial and technical trip supervisor (per-project based work). Per year we will plan 2 projects or more based on the candidate's condition and work development progress. Technical and/or commercial background candidates are both welcomed. This is a short time project based contractual job role working as part-time schedule plan. This job offers a part-time earning and learning opportunity that we provide you full coverage of trips including proper dinning and accommodation (if occurred) and per-trip compensation will be good. Duties will include but not limiting to: According to pre-scheduled timing, candidate will be visiting customers factory and supervise the situation of people and work conditions (some technical matters will be pre-trained and also on-site live guidance via online call will be offered); Carry proper business communication and replies during on-site discussion, able to react with business manner and also discuss with the headquarter via live online call; Report and manage the business process with faithful attitude and conducts. Potential candidates are preferred to possess the following attributes: We wish the proper candidate obtain a character of technical understanding, means you are not necessary to be from a technical academic background, but we wish you are self-learning oriented and able to study and figure out some basic technical related matters. Some technical related training will be conducted before your visiting to our customers factory. We also wish you are mature enough and also able to carry business meeting or business discussion properly with the right personal in the matter. Ideal candidate should have enough work experience and relatively confident characteristic with the work. Ideal candidate is welcomed with business, technical backgrounds. Other backgrounds we will check after reviewing the experience; Good English skills are mandatory. Age over 25, male would be preferred. Location should be in Chennai or surrounding areas where have easy commuting tools to our customers factory. Important Points to check: We require candidate to present neat and clean appearance and grooming with business manners will obtain the meeting or visiting to our customers factory. Dressings should be casual business. The candidate shall make sure to maintain himself in such way during the work process. We would wish to see the potential candidate acquire a relatively flexible attitude to handle the emergency situation during the meeting or trip, so a mature attitude towards work and people are important and relatively longer work experience would be needed. This role is a project based contractual job, in normal time we will not plan any business trip or visiting or work with you that you can have a regular job with no interruption; when project is planned, we will make sure to give you information, training etc. related process at least 10 days before and the project itself will take 1~2 days per time (per project); In one year time, we will plan 2 projects normally at current business line settings. Future if we increase the work scope, we will re-discuss the package plan. Based on the candidates personal situation and need, we will discuss on shall we pay with you because this work is a project-based work only at current setting.
