Job Summary: We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Day Care Teacher to provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children during their after-school hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth through age-appropriate activities and personalized care. Key Responsibilities: • Child Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by maintaining a secure and hygienic environment. • Activity Planning: Organize and implement fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, games, and music. • Individualized Attention: Provide care tailored to the unique needs of each child, supporting their emotional and developmental milestones. • Meal and Hygiene Assistance: Oversee meal/snack times, ensuring proper hygiene practices and assisting children as needed. • Parent Communication: Update parents regularly on their childs progress, activities, and any concerns. • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members and participate in training sessions to enhance the quality of care provided. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Child Care. • Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or similar environment is an advantage. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a warm and inclusive environment. • Only Female candidates with age below 45 years are eligible for this position.
