Install, assemble, and maintain pipelines, flange fittings, gaskets, valves, elbow joints, and pump seals.- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals Conduct inspections and identify faults in mechanical systems. Perform repairs and replacements as required, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to optimize system performance. Ensure all installations and fittings meet ASME standards and company specifications Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work. Adhere to workplace safety protocols and regulations. Must know pipeline fitting – flange, gasket, pump installation Good knowledge of fabrication work (cutting, grinding, fitting) Skilled in Arc welding (SMAW) – proper joint and finish required Should handle tools like grinder, pipe wrench, gas cutter Able to read basic drawings and follow site instructions
