As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 (C10) in the TTS Analytics team at Citi, you will be responsible for working on various analyses throughout the year focused on business problems across the client life cycle including acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention within the TTS business. Your role will involve setting up and optimizing data pipelines using big data technologies like PySpark, Scala, and Hive. You will also work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB to effectively manage and retrieve data. Additionally, you will design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize data insights and provide stakeholders with actionable information. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on multiple analyses throughout the year focusing on business problems across the client life cycle - Set up and optimize data pipelines using big data technologies like PySpark, Scala, and Hive - Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to manage and retrieve data effectively - Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize data insights and provide stakeholders with actionable information **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in data analytics, or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in data analytics - Marketing analytics experience - Proficiency in designing and deploying Tableau dashboards - Strong experience in data engineering and building data pipelines - Experience with big data technologies such as PySpark, Scala, and Hive - Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems (e.g., MongoDB) In addition to the above qualifications, it would be beneficial to have experience in financial services and across different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison etc. You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to data manipulation and pipeline optimization. Additionally, proficiency in Python/R, SQL, PySpark, Hive, Scala, and Tableau will be essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to a matrix work environment are also important soft skills for this role.
