We are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Web Content Marketing & Email Developer (Automation Specialist) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing client websites and email programs, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement digital marketing strategies, and ensuring consistency across all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing enterprise eCommerce initiatives in a data-driven environment, along with excellent leadership skills and a strategic mindset. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize content management system (Sitecore) to execute client websites for the wealth segment. - Develop, launch, and optimize a variety of email programs using email marketing software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). - Work closely with Marketing Campaign Managers to drive digital activation of strategic campaigns. - Act as a digital subject matter expert in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams. - Ensure digital marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards. - Conduct testing of email campaigns and implement best practices to improve performance. - Schedule and automate promotional email campaigns and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations. - Provide web analytics to improve the overall value of wealth-related sections of the site. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - Bachelor's Degree - Relevant web content management and design experience in Sitecore/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms - Flexible shift availability **Preferred Qualifications / Skills:** - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with project management experience - Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product management teams - Knowledge of Agile delivery framework - Ability to interact with senior management and work independently - Proficiency in HTML, Content Management Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and SQL queries - Previous experience with content hubs or blogs is a plus - Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate Testing, SEO, and Paid Search tactics is a plus - Familiarity with content audits, content inventories, and Information Architecture is a plus If you are looking to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the world of digital marketing, we invite you to apply for the Business Analyst position at Genpact. **Job Details:** - Job Title: Business Analyst - Location: India-Bangalore - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - Job Posting Date: Aug 26, 2024, 5:59:20 AM - Master Skills List: Operations - Job Category: Full Time We look forward to welcoming a passionate and talented individual to our team who is ready to contribute to our mission of creating a world that works better for people.
