DATABASE DEVELOPER

As a SQL Server Database Administrator, your role involves managing SQL Server databases through various lifecycle environments, from development to production systems. This includes configuring and maintaining database servers, monitoring system health and performance, and ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security. Your responsibilities also include applying data modeling techniques, analyzing and solving issues in real-time, refining and automating processes, assisting developers with query tuning, and providing 24x7 support for critical systems. Additionally, you will perform maintenance tasks, support release activities after hours, and share technical expertise with peers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SQL Server databases through different lifecycle environments - Configure and maintain database servers, ensuring high performance, availability, and security - Apply data modeling techniques to support integration and performance expectations - Analyze and resolve issues in real-time - Refine and automate processes, track issues, and document changes - Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement - Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems - Perform scheduled maintenance and support release activities after hours - Share domain and technical expertise with team members Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as an MS SQL Developer with Administration experience - Proficiency in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) using native tools - Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models - Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server - Strong understanding of database structure and data analysis - Working knowledge of MONGO DB is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing environments - Strong multitasking and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards getting tasks done (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
