Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency. It is essential to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Having a keen interest in business problems, a strong business acumen, and staying updated with the latest industry information is crucial. Experience in descriptive analytics & reporting, as well as efficiently analyzing large customer data sets from multiple sources, is highly desirable. You will compile and analyze modeling results and translate them into actionable insights. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for data, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Perform statistical analyses, explore data, and identify patterns - Use data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Looker to identify patterns and present findings to stakeholders - Conduct diagnostic analysis to identify relationships and patterns in descriptive data to understand the root cause of problems - Utilize data for predictive analysis to make projections about the future based on historical records - Implement process improvements to enhance data efficiency, ensure quality assurance, and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Report trends to add business value - Support client objectives and project goals through data analysis, data mining, and developing insightful reports, visualizations, and dashboards using programming languages & tools such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and PowerBI - Understand project team requirements, process data sets of varying complexities, generate insightful reports, develop appropriate wireframes/visualizations, and associated data workflows Qualifications: - Masters degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Operation Research, or any other quantitative discipline, or an Engineering degree with an MBA from a premier institute with a quantitative emphasis - 4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Insight Generation, Automation, Data Visualization, and/or Data Science - Proficiency in programming, preferably Python/PySpark and SQL for Data Analysis - Experience working on cloud platforms, especially GCP - BI Tools: 3 years of experience in Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau - Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues related to job duties - Capable of working under minimal supervision using independent judgment Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
