Job title- Title search Work Mode- Work from Office Workdays- Mon to Fri Shift - Night shift POSITION SUMMARY • Should have strong document knowledge related to Title Search on various states, should have worked on Current Owner search for minimum of 2-4 years on various states. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Should be able to examine the search packages and understand the overview of search • Should be able to understand the various title documents related to nationwide states and key the documents in respective fields • Should have good typing skills with accuracy of 100% and minimum typing speed of 30 WPM • Should be able to identify the Hits and Misses from the completed search JOB REQUIREMENTS • Basic knowledge on Title Insurance/Mortgage process • Effective Date Consideration • Identifying vesting Deed and keying • Evaluate chain of Title and keying • Keying Tax information • Examine the Liens and Judgments provided in search package and keying EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum experience of 2-4 Years in Title Search process and should have experience of creating/keying Owner Policy/commitment reports • Should also have knowledge in processing Current Owner Search for last 2-4 years. • Should be knowing the nationwide state specification about Title Search

Requirement. 3+ Year experience in US property tax, title, real estate settlement, residential mortgage tax escrow. Hands on work experience in either parcel search, tax agency identification, tax data collection, tax line setup, tax reporting, tax payment returns & refund, tax research, and manual procurement taxes due. Education Level 2- 4 Year post High School Degree/Diploma which equates to 16 years of Schooling. Essential Skills Ability to analyse and interpret property tax information, identify discrepancies, and determine course of actions to bring taxes current. Detailed oriented as property tax requires precision and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload efficiently. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with internal teams, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Excellent command of reading, writing, and speaking English. Responsibilities: Manage teams of associates across 1-2 processes Research and analyse tax discrepancies in internal systems against tax agency and collector and determine course of actions required to bring taxes current. Maintain accurate and organized records related to property tax assessments, payments, and correspondence. Correspond with tax authorities to resolve inquiries, obtain requested information, and address any issues related to property tax status. Experience Hands-on experience leading a team of associates across any processes in the US property tax, title, real estate settlement, and residential mortgage tax escrow servicing area. Hands-on experience managing SLAs, prioritize and load balancing, cross utilization of resources, and manage fluctuation in order volume. Experience creating operational performance reports and regularly interacting with Onshore operations. Hands-on experience working different systems & application used in property tax, title, real estate settlement, residential mortgage origination & servicing industry. Working Conditions This position is primarily office-based, US shift hours, with flexibility required to meet deadlines or address urgent issues.
