Position: Data Testing Experience: 5-12 years Location: Mumbai Required Skills and Qualifications: BachelorsMasters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 8-12 years of testing experience with 3 years in a leadership role Strong experience in data warehouse ETL and BI testing Expertise in Qlik QlikView Qlik Sense testing and validation Advanced SQL skills and database management knowledge Proven experience in test management tools ALM JIRA Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality frameworks Experience in managing performance testing initiatives Excellent project management and risk assessment skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in resource planning and capacity management Preferred Qualifications: Experience with test automation frameworks and strategies Knowledge of multiple BI platforms Tableau Power BI Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies testing certifications ISTQB CSTE Experience in implementing test automation frameworks Knowledge of industry best practices in data quality management Experience in managing offshore onshore testing teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies testing certifications ISTQB CSTE Experience in implementing test automation frameworks Knowledge of industry best practices in data quality management Experience in managing offshore onshore testing teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
