Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to improve our HR and payroll solutions. Youll lead a team of data scientists, drive advanced analytics initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
57 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data mining.
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, TensorFlow).
Experience with Azure, especially Data Factory and Git (Azure MLOps).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and Agile methodologies.
Experience building LLM-based data products.

Skilled in deploying models using Azure services and APIs
