Data Scientist

As an AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing traditional AI/statistical models and deep learning architectures such as RNN, LSTM, CNN, and Transformers. You will work with SQL, EDA, feature engineering, and data visualization to generate actionable insights. Additionally, you will build and fine-tune Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Chatbots, Agentic AI, and MCP-based systems using frameworks like OpenAI, GPT, and beyond. Your role will also involve developing scalable backend solutions and model deployment pipelines using Django, FastAPI, and Flask. Furthermore, you will contribute to data engineering & ETL pipelines, including big data ecosystems like Spark and EMR. It is essential to apply MLOps best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven applications that address business challenges will be a key aspect of your work. Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics is essential. - Hands-on experience with Python / R programming is required. - Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and other deep learning frameworks is a must. - Experience in data modeling, big data tools, and large-scale data processing is preferred. - Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Transformers, etc.) is beneficial. - Understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
