Data Scientist /Senior Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Developing Models: You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models. - Data Analysis: Collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to derive valuable insights. - Data Representation: Creating data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. - Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Deployment & Maintenance: Deploying AI/ML models into production and ensuring their performance, accuracy, and efficiency. - Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of models and processes for future reference. In order to be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. - Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a development role, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to AI/ML model development. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python or R. - Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Knowledge of big data technologies and databases. - Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities within a team. - Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
