Data Scientist - Machine Learning

As a Data Scientist with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leveraging Machine Learning and Statistical Analysis to derive actionable insights and drive data-led decision-making for real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and apply Machine Learning techniques to address business challenges effectively. - Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and interpret patterns within large datasets. - Perform qualitative analysis to extract insights from non-numerical data sources. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions. - Clearly communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms with a focus on practical implementation. - Hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. - Solid foundation in Statistics including hypothesis testing, regression, sampling, and data modeling. - Exposure to Qualitative Data Analysis methods and frameworks. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
