Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to develop data-driven solutions that enhance business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anayze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand goals and translate them into data solutions.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve model performance and monitor deployed models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (0 - 3+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
