Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Data Scientist with expertise in Computer Vision to design, develop, and deploy vision-based models that solve real-world problems. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, image processing, and software engineering, building scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development & Research

Develop and optimize computer vision models including CNNs, transformers, segmentation, detection, and tracking architectures.

Work with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras .

Research and implement state-of-the-art methods in image classification, object detection, semantic/instance segmentation, OCR, keypoint detection, and 3D vision.

Data Handling & Processing

Build robust preprocessing pipelines for large-scale image, video, and sensor datasets.

Perform data augmentation, annotation quality checks, and dataset balancing.

Collaborate with labeling vendors or internal teams to define data requirements.

Deployment & Engineering

Deploy computer vision models into production using Docker, Kubernetes, ONNX, TensorRT , or cloud ML services.

Work closely with MLOps and engineering teams to ensure model scalability, reliability, and monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product managers, domain experts, and engineers to translate business needs into ML solutions.

Present findings through clear technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Performance Optimization

Conduct model evaluation, error analysis, and continuous improvement.

Optimize inference speed and ensure real-time performance where needed.
